Several factors were taken into consideration in evaluating the performance of both the product and the company. Key factors in determining ranking included efficacy of the product as proven by clinical trials and reports from actual customers who had purchased the products, customer service provided by the company, product pricing, volume of complaints registered with consumer advocacy groups and websites, as well as product guarantees and company return policies. From time to time we will update our rankings to reflect new information as it becomes available. New products will be included once enough information is available to make an accurate assessment.
